Our beautiful, newly renovated and furnished 6-person townhouse is family-friendly, well-kept, and well-equipped. It is situated in a prime location in Jávea / Costa Blanca, on an urbanisation with Spanish flair in the El Arenal area. The accommodation is only 200 m from the sea and 600 m from the sandy beach El Arenal (ideal for children) with playgrounds, promenade, restaurants, and shops. You can reach everything on foot and leave the car at home in the private car park in the basement of the house.

Jávea has a lovely mild climate in winter. If you would like to take advantage of this we can offer a long-term rental in the quieter winter months.

Description

The outside area:
The triplex holiday home is south-facing, so it’s sunny, even in winter. Enjoy the sun on the covered terrace (with windbreak) and in the private garden. From the upper terrace you have an unobstructed view to the Montgó mountain. The highlight of the day is to enjoy the sunset from here. Terraces and garden area (35 m2 in total) are furnished.

The gated complex has a communal pool and children's pool, showers, and beautiful Mediterranean garden with palm trees, lawn, and shaded area.

The 120 sqm home is divided as follows:
Ground floor: Here you will find a well-equipped, renovated, open kitchen with dishwasher, coffee capsule machine, microwave, gas stove, electric oven, washing machine, drinking water filter.
The nice living/dining room with comfortable seating area, TV, and internet, has a dining table for 6 persons. From here you reach the covered terrace and the private garden (with barbecue).

1st floor: There you have a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm – 3’), one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm – 5’3”) and a bathroom with shower.

 

2nd floor: The master bedroom with a double bed (180 cm – 6’) has an en-suite shower room and have access to the open terrace.

All bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes, air conditoning (on request, extra) and mosquito screens on the windows.

Basement: In the large, closed garage (50 m2) you can park your car and enter the house/apartment via direct a direct stairway. There are further parking spaces in front of the house. There is also a communal sports area with fitness equipment, table tennis and gymnastics room in the basement.

Location

From the residence it is a nice walk along the coast to the harbour area (Puerto). The village (Pueblo) with its romantic old centre is only a few minutes' drive away, as are the dreamy bays with their pebble beaches. With 300 days of sunshine Jávea is ideal for beach holidays, sun worshippers, water sports and other activities. The old town and the weekly market are a delight to stroll around. In the countless restaurants you will be spoiled with Spanish and international cuisine. And along the sea front you can always end the evening with a drink in one of the many beach bars.

There is also plenty to discover on foot and by bike. There are several routes to explore the coastal villages and the countryside by car. For variety with children, there are water/theme and animal parks in the surrounding area. Also a trip to the shopping centre, only 20 min. away, is always an option. And if you want to be active, there are countless sporting possibilities (diving, water sports, golf, tennis, beach volleyball, hiking, biking...) and more.
